Lick is a story about Marielle Laval, and her little ice cream shop. Marielle is about 75 – we think; she’s not telling, and it would be rude to ask. She owns an ice cream shop in a tiny little suburban community with her husband, Edmond, who begrudgingly helps her out. It’s a nice little shop and has quite a few locale clientele, and makes a nice little profit, but what most people don’t know is that the ice cream shop isn’t where Marielle makes most of her money. Not even Edmond knows that. None of them know that she has a side business, where her true flavors shine through. In her spare time, if she feels it’s a worthy cause, Marielle disposes of societies low-lives and scum; in her spare time, Marielle is a hit man, and she doesn’t give a lick what you think about it.
